Containment: EA-055 is to be housed in a standard containment chamber with dimensions suitable for its size, measuring approximately 20m x 10m x 10m. The containment chamber should be furnished similarly to a natural habitat for caracals, including foliage, rocks, and structures for climbing. EA-055's containment chamber should be cleaned regularly and supplied with an appropriate diet of raw meat.

To prevent unnecessary aggression and potential harm to personnel, EA-055 is to be provided with regular enrichment activities, including toys, puzzles, and interactive objects. Personnel assigned to interact with EA-055 should be briefed on its behavior and should exercise caution during any interactions to avoid potential conflict.

Profile: EA-055 is a domesticated caracal (Floppa) of anomalous size. It measures approximately 12 feet (3.7 meters) in length and 6 feet (1.8 meters) in height. Aside from its size, EA-055 displays no physical differences from a typical caracal. It possesses the characteristic tufted ears, slender body, and reddish-brown fur commonly associated with the species.

An anomalous feature of EA-055 is the crown-like structure positioned on its head. The crown appears to be composed of various Earth gems, including diamond, emerald, gold, and others. Further investigation and interviews have confirmed that the gems originate from an extraterrestrial planet designated as Planet F70PP4. The exact mechanism by which EA-055 acquired the crown and its connection to Planet F70PP4 are still under investigation.

Another anomalous property which EA-055 possesses is the ability to control any "Floppa" within its vocal range. During tests with EA-054 and regular Floppas, the Floppas have shown much consent and acceptance towards EA-055, doing exactly as it is told (this can be through voice, actions, or possibly brain waves).

EA-055 is generally safe and exhibits behavior consistent with a domesticated caracal. It is not known how EA-055 became domesticated or acquired its anomalous size and crown. However, caution should be exercised as EA-055 has been known to engage in occasional arguments and physical altercations with EA-056, also known as King Bingus. As EA-055 and EA-056 are both contained within Outpost Upsilon, measures should be taken to prevent direct contact or conflict between the two entities.
