Containment: EA-072 is to be housed within a 6m x 6m x 6m sealed titanium containment chamber located in Outpost Delta. The walls are to be lined with layered soundproofing material at a minimum thickness of 15 cm, with vibration dampeners installed at all connection points. The entrance to the chamber must be guarded at all times by no fewer than four General Securing Unit operatives, stationed outside the immediate perimeter and rotated every 6 hours to prevent auditory fatigue. Access to the chamber is strictly restricted to Level 7 clearance or higher.

No personnel are permitted to enter EA-072's chamber unless accompanied by at least three approved Field Researchers, two Rapid Foundation Unit operatives, and one Omega Securing Unit operative. All individuals involved in testing must undergo psychological resilience evaluation and must be equipped with active auditory dampening helmets to avoid premature exposure to EA-072's effects.

Profile: EA-072 is a humanoid-shaped entity standing approximately 2.1 meters tall, constantly cloaked in heavy black fabric that conceals all features. Thermal scans and radar imaging reveal no discernible skeletal or organic structure beneath the cloak, and attempts to lift or remove the cloak by remote mechanical means have resulted in total equipment failure. EA-072 remains stationary for extended periods, often standing motionless in the centre of its chamber.

From a distance, the entity emits no audible sound. However, individuals who approach within a 4.3-meter radius report hearing indistinct whispering voices. Auditory recordings have failed to capture the whispers; the effect appears purely subjective and cognitohazardous in nature. Once an individual has been exposed to the whispering for more than three seconds, they enter a state of complete neurological shutdown. Despite being brain-dead, the body remains upright and autonomously bows before EA-072.

Following this submission posture, EA-072 will produce a long, curved blade (origin unknown) and proceed to stab the incapacitated individual through the sternum, and then into the ground. The process is ritualistic in nature, and the entity shows no sign of emotion or urgency while performing it. The victim perishes shortly after due to rapid exsanguination. Once the act is complete, EA-072 returns to a dormant state and will remain inactive for several days.

Repeated testing reveals no variation in this process. No verbal communication or sign of awareness has been recorded from EA-072, and no anomalous energy is detected during the act. It is currently unknown whether the entity is aware of its environment beyond this ritualistic function or if it operates on instinct alone.

Analysis of the area beneath EA-072's blade after each sacrifice has revealed inscriptions etched into the floor. These markings vary with each event and are written in no known language. Some symbols have been tentatively matched to prehistoric and proto-Sumerian scripts, though meaning remains speculative. The markings fade within hours of appearance, leaving behind only faint scorch patterns.
