"Personnel Rights Acknowledgment" Statement
All personnel involved with EA Containment (EAC), including T-Class (Test Class) personnel, are recognised as essential contributors to the organisation's mission. EAC is committed to respecting the dignity, rights, and well-being of every individual, regardless of their rank or classification. Discrimination or unfair treatment based on class, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited. Every team member shall have equal access to necessary resources, information, and protections required to perform their duties effectively and safely.
The health, safety, and welfare of all personnel are of utmost importance. EAC ensures the provision of appropriate training, protective gear, and psychological support, especially for those assigned to high-risk positions such as T-Class and P-Class roles. Personnel are encouraged to report any safety concerns or incidents immediately, and the organisation pledges prompt and thorough responses to such reports.
Confidentiality is a priority regarding all personnel information, including classification status and personal data. Sensitive information will be shared strictly on a need-to-know basis and in accordance with applicable laws and organisational policies. Furthermore, all personnel have the right to raise grievances or complaints about their treatment or working conditions without fear of retaliation. EAC maintains procedures to ensure these concerns are addressed fairly and efficiently.
By serving with EAC, personnel acknowledge and understand their rights and responsibilities within the organisation. Continued service implies consent to adhere to EAC's protocols while expecting fair and respectful treatment in return.
